The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Strategist to help us expand our reach and connect with more people through meaningful and engaging content. This role is for someone who understands how to build connection and momentum through content.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow followers, views, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Create and execute a content calendar aligned with our offerings, podcast episodes, events, and promotions
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to craft content that reflects our tone and brand
Optimize content for platform-specific performance and trends
Track analytics, report on performance, and refine strategy based on results
Identify opportunities to repurpose existing content and expert material
Manage scheduling and posting (we currently use Hootsuite, but are open to new tools)
What you bring
3–5+ years of experience managing social media for brands, ideally in education, wellness, personal growth, or events
Proven success growing audiences and increasing reach, with data to support your results
Strong writing and content ideation skills, with a good eye for design and storytelling
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Bonus: experience with Meta Ads, email marketing integration, or podcast promotion
