Dr. Stan Tatkin: Rewire Your Brain For Love

In this episode of Let’s Talk Love, We are joined by Dr. Stan Tatkin. Stan is a prolific author and researcher. He is a professor at UCLA and maintains a private therapy practice in Southern California. We discuss Stan's book, Wired For Love, which is a guide to understanding your partner's brain and presents tools that can help improve any relationship—especially intimate partnerships.

Stan teaches people to adopt what he calls “secure functioning” principles of behavior, based on a fusion of neuroscience, attachment theory, and his many years of clinical experience as a therapist.

Stan also has a terrific sense of humor. I hope you enjoy and learn from our conversation!
